So it seems like this season is devoted to filling in the gaps and backstories of the established Clone Wars series chronology - instead of progressing the series toward its inevitable conclusion. The tagline of this season is 'Secrets Revealed', which seems to be the 'theme' of the season, like how last season was 'The Rise of the Bounty Hunters'. Ahsoka's character has come a long way since the insufferable brat from The Clone Wars movie, so that she's capable of holding up an episode on her own, but this episode just wasn't very entertaining.ДЄnd I'm getting sick of these 'filler' episodes. Something the original trilogy deftly blended into all the dark, fun action, thanks mostly to C-3PO, R2-D2 and the Ewoks. But certainly, let the story have time to breathe and let stuff develop properly.ДЄnd work in some lighter bits too besides a short musical cue when Ahsoka first went to seek advice from Yoda, there was very little here that was 'light hearted'.

Don't turn this into LOST, where you have to see EVERY DAMN EPISODE. I feel like this show needs to start getting more confident in their stories and start doing more 2-parters. And that remote droid Padme used was cool looking, and creepy. But Aurra Sing is always fun to watch (man, can she shoot fast!). And the conflict at the end wasn't developed very well. Rushed through all sorts of different story beats though. Maybe they'll grant her Jedi knighthood before Anakin, and that is just one of those things that pushes him farther towards the edge? Maybe he'll end up killing her?Д«ut in terms of this episode, it was fine for what it did. I mean, what happens to her, and can we see where they're going with her in episodes like this? I'm not sure how much of that was in this episode, but its interesting to see her on a solo adventure.

I am very interested by anything involving Ahsoka in general, since she doesn't appear in any other future stories.

I actually really liked it, but it felt super-rushed.
